The Founder


Brian Kaasner Kristiansen has 20 years of business experience primarily from consulting and international leadership positions in the consumer product, energy, pharma and logistics sectors. He has a broad background in strategy and change. Brian holds an MBA from Insead in Strategy and Innovation. He formerly ran strategy projects for Quartz+Co and Pandora, having had more than 10 years of international experience from A.P. Moller – Maersk, including Managing Director for Maersk Line in the Philippines. He cofounded BSG in 2016.
